30 second transformation
These pictures were taken 30 seconds apart. On the left I'm not flexing and standing up straight. However, on the pic to the right I'm tightening my stomach up, pushing my hip a little back and to the side, and facing more towards the light coming from my window!
We all look at these girls on fitness accounts with the "perfect body" but I promise you no one looks ripped 24/7 & that's completely normal! Most of the bodies you see on social media are girls drenched in body oil to help enhance their muscle definition, spray tanned, & plenty of them are photoshopped by professionals. So do me a favor.. do not stress it if you don't look like 80% of the fitness pics on social media. Everyone has good and bad days. Some days I wake up feeling extremely bloated and as if all my hard work hasn't payed off and other days I wake up wanting to take 1000 bikini pictures because of how skinny I look & feel! I just want you all to know, no one is perfect & we all don't always look ripped all the time; the abs are there but don't always completely show and that's okay ! Of course everyone posts the pics we look best in but be happy with how far you've come and don't stress out just because your abs aren't visible all the time!
