Happy Sunday fit fam!
Who doesn't love eating out ? I know I do! Especially on a beautiful Sunday morning🌞 So.. I DID ! THE HEALTHY WAY💪🏼
Woke up early this morning to watch the sunrise with my boyfriend and then ate at the cutest organic cafe in Miami beach "Pura Vida" 🍽☕️ I had never been there so I was very excited to give it a try! The service was great and quick but the food was even better😍 Not only did they have plenty of options but they let me add 25g whey protein to my waffles, everything on their menu is portioned properly, it's all organic, and they even have Ezekiel bread! I highly recommend anyone who lives in Miami to give this place a try‼️
We all know eating out isn't always the best choice, but we can find places that are healthy and tasty! However, BE CAREFUL! Most places that are portrayed as "healthy" may not be as healthy as we think they are! Today I'm going to give you guys some fit tips on how to eat out while making sure you stay healthy and happy😊
