Hey! I’m Kristen & I help Women balance their relationship with food and build their dream body! I have worked one on one with one several women. At just age 21 I have created a successful business, relationships and taken control of my health and life. I began my journey when I was 17 & right from the start I knew I was put on this earth to help & educate others into creating a healthy life. I created an online business & continue helping several women live their best life.
However, it has taken TONS of trial and error for me to get where I am today physically & mentally. When I first began my fitness journey in 2016, I was uneducated about training and nutrition which led me to build a very unhealthy relationship with food and the gym. I began tracking my calories and dangerously undereating while doing A LOT of cardio. I ended up losing 30lbs in 6 months and looked extremely tiny. I FEARED carbs and processed foods & I didn’t eat out for months. I really thought I was never going to be able to eat a bowl of cereal or have a burger ever again. I thought losing all this weight would make me happy but I was honestly quite miserable.
A few months later I began competing in bikini bodybuilding shows which helped me get much more educated about training and nutrition. However, it also worsened my relationship with food and my body. I was eating on a strict meal plan for 1 ½ years and sometimes doing over an hour of cardio a day to look show ready. Looking back, I noticed that a big reason why I was so obsessed with competing was because I loved how lean I had to get to compete. It was honestly an eating disorder in disguise and I was putting my life at risk because of it. I developed amenorrhea for over a year and my hormones were all over the place. I was extremely moody and who I once was, was gone. I never laughed anymore, never wanted to be around people, and was extremely selfish.
In 2017, I competed at my last show ever. At the time, I didn’t think it would be my last show but I’m glad it was. After that show, I began continuously binge eating and purging. I wouldn’t go more than 5 days without having what I call an “eating disorder episode”. This went on for MONTHS and I knew I needed help. After sharing what I was going through with my platform & family, I began getting the help I needed. I relapsed twice as I was recovering but I can now say I am fully recovered and thriving. While I was deep into my recovery I knew that I wanted to educate myself more to be able to help women all over the world live a happy, healthy, and sustainable life without having to make the same mistakes I did.
That being said, I invested in not one but two online coaching courses to further educate myself on training and nutrition while also learning all the ins and outs to being a great online coach. A few weeks after finishing those courses, I launched my 12 Week Level Up Program and have now helped over 100 women build an incredible relationship with food and their bodies! My program is very one on one and I make sure my clients get exactly what they need from me to thrive both physically and mentally after the program is over. Do I over charge for my program like most trainers do? Absolutley not. This is because I want to provide value to as many women as I can and I do not want finances to stand in the way of that. My mission is to help you feel more confident than ever while educating you to become the best version of yourself physically/mentally.
